here is my rather random top 10: it is very difficult to choose – there are so many beautiful things to see!

i traveled around belgium for a week but spent about half of it in ghent. i will start with a short random series of pieces i found around antwerp, bruxelles, bruges, kortrijk, lille (yes, in france) and oostende.

after a short and comfortable eurostar ride, i was ready to start checking things off my very full paris list!

paris is full of street art! i edited quite a lot and still ended up with the present plentiful selection. and i was not hunting them down: these are just pieces i came across.

the newly opened docks en seine, cite de la mode et du design, houses among a few other things, the musee galliera hors les murs.
DAMIEN HIRST AND YAYOI KUSAMA AT TATE MODERN
this is the main reason why i went to london: to see the damien hirst show and yayoi kusama‘s retrospective.
THE COOL GERMAIN CAFE IN PARIS
chance had it that my stay in paris coincided for a short couple of days with that of an old friend from vienna. we had to meet, of course. and i thought germain cafe was a great place for an afternoon drink in saint germain.
