july 2024 finds is here!
1. i bought la cantina de medianoche 7 by yaro abe in spanish and read it immediately. as good as the rest of the series!
2. i read the 3rd volume of akira by katsuhiro otomo in english. the ultimate explosion, the fear the last war unlocked for the japanese.
3. i got catalogo mascara iberica in zamora, last year. it’s a great resource for whoever is interested in events involving pagan traditions.
MAGAZINES
4. i read the summer issue of konfekt. i liked the articles about sicilia and about the zurich bagni.
5. i read the july and august issues of british vogue this month, because their app had problems for awhile. i went through a few of their older issues, too, it’s a new perk for the subscribers.
MUSIC
6. the earworm of the month goes to mamushi by megan thee stallion ft. yuki chiba. fun fact: megan has been an indie artist for a while.
7. i’ve known yuki chiba as kohh, since it g ma, almost 10 years ago. my favourite is his recent team tomodachi.
8. another earworm was the inescapable espresso by sabina carpenter.
9. i came across this nice cover by marc almond.
he is soft cell to me. tainted love is their most famous song. but i love say hello wave goodbye, the version of the video that i used to see on super channel 1,000 years ago.

rm from bts, currently doing his military service, had an album in 2022 and one in 2024. he featured little simz on domodachi.
15. this is the entire deftones set from lollapalooza 2024. chino is in great shape and so is his performance.
16. i heard good luck, babe in a shop, but it was too noisy to be able to understand any of the lyrics. i went home, searched top summer 2024 and found it in 2 minutes. i love the internet.
