sinaia in 30 pictures is a summary of a great day i spent on the top of the mountain peak in august.
it was a double date day trip. we met in the train station and we took the telecabin to cota 1400. then, we took advantage of the fact that we could choose either the telecabin or the liftchair to go up to cota 2000. we went for the latter because nothing beats the wind on your face and the unbelievable silence of the mountain tops!
i haven’t been here in 3 years. the last time i was here, i also played with these cute grasshoppers.
the quality of the air is so different from city. it’s worth coming up here only to breath in this wonderful mountain air.
we changed our plans and decided to walk all the way down to the town.
we reached the first streets and admired some of the cool mountain architecture.
once we reached the town, we hanged around in the park for a while before our train.
