take a pack of de-boned chicken legs. drain the chilly sauce (together with the garlic, laurel leaves and chilly halves) from spicy green olives (i buy in bulk – they are amazing!). add the drained sauce over the pieces of chicken, leave to marinate over night. fry in little oil.
prepare a dip: peel a garlic head, mash it with that special tool and add it in a cup of yoghurt. season with salt and pepper.
serve with a pack of pre-boiled rice and salad.
invite company. ask them to buy the drinks on their way over! enjoy!
