we looked for a semi-famous place for our late lunch. when we found it, it was closed. fortunately, we found an awesome hole in a wall tavola calda where we had fresh pasta and salmon. sapori di tassinari won many prizes and it was a dream meal for a very good price!

we climbed the turin cathedral tower. it was not as easy as it seems. but it was totally worth it!

this is mole antonelliana, the famous landmark of torino. we had no time left to climb this one too. maybe next time!

if if by chance, we came across what proved to be the best thing in town: an enoteca called magazzino 52. we bought two local wines and i was sorry we had already had dinner since it looked like the perfect place. next time!

if if we ended the day with one of the best wines i have ever had: sweet, fizzy, wonderful. i wish i’ll be able to find it again!

we woke up early the following morning and we stopped to see torino from up the hill, on our way to genova. this is the basilica superga. the view was definitely worth the effort. if if
