together with his collaborator, atticus ross, reznor got a golden statue to put on a shelf next to the other awards they got from the golden globes, the los angeles film critics society, the broadcast film critics association and the boston society of film critics, among others.

the couple are already working on their first full-length album with the band how to destroy angels (which includes trent’s baby mama, mariqueen maandig) as well as on scoring their second (david fincher) film, the girl with the dragon tattoo.

i’m illustrating this post with a picture of reznor in a tux…in my head, he’s still covered in mud and screaming. but, i should realize we’re not in kansas anymore…which can be a good thing!

now, i can leave to the airport with a double smile on my face!
