utrecht in 50 pictures is a selection of the pics i took during my recent day trip.
while i was in amsterdam, i made a few day trips. i went to utrecht on a sunny saturday and i made the best of it!
in the train station, there is a tourist information desk where they will help you out. i went there with my list and they helped me set up a plan.
prepare to walk along many picturesque canals and maybe visit a museum or two. bring your camera or even just your phone: the place is full of cool pictures waiting to be taken!
miffy is the world-famous cartoon celebrating her 60th anniversary in 2015. her creator, dick bruna, was born in utrecht. the occasion called for a unique miffy parade: 60 statues each customized by a separate artist. i visited the dick bruna house and i managed to find a part of the statues. but all that will be covered in a separate post!
my time in utrecht was wonderful. i really enjoyed the great weather and everything the town had to offer!
